Hello, my name is Jonathan Swatkowski and I live in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota with my wife Lindy. We currently have no kids, but have a rambunctious dog named Brian Urlacher Swatkowski. We just call him Brian.
I mostly grew up living in Zion, Illinois, a small city about halfway between Chicago and Milwaukee right along Lake Michigan. As a result, I am an avid Bears and Cubs fan. I do whatever I can to continue following them while living up here in the frozen tundra of Minnesota.
Lindy and I met at Bethel University where I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and a Minor in Business. I currently work for ACR Homes, Inc. ACR Homes is a group home company with over 50 group homes in the Twin Cities metropolitan area supporting people with physical and/or developmental disabilities. I work in their main office in Roseville, MN as a computer programmer and tech support. It is a fun and rewarding job.
Before working at ACR Homes, I worked retail for a number of years. First, at CompUSA as an Assistant Sales Manager, and then at Apple as an Assistant Store Manager. I still currently work there part-time and love it.
Lindy and I attend North Haven Church in North St. Paul, Minnesota. I run the sound board from time to time, help out with some video stuff. Lindy sings in the worship team as well. North Haven a great community of people who are all passionate about spreading the Word of God.
Other than spending time with my wife I also enjoy playing video games, doing video editing, cooking, almost anything tech related, and recently I’ve begun geocaching.
